New industrial partner – Telelumen

IMLEX consortium welcomes a new associate partner to reinforce the industrial relevance and network of the programme.

Telelumen (https://telelumen.com/) designs and manufactures high quality programmable spectrum LED luminaires that replicate any light spectral power distribution (SPD) of visible and near visible light. These 8 and 24 color channel LED luminaires, also known as light synthesizers, are capable of playing amazing illumination content over time such as the ever changing natural daylight of a full day.

The networked luminaires provide the best light and light spectrum replication capabilities in many applications. High fidelity color rendering, wide dynamic range, and user friendliness are some of the features of the Telelumen programmable lighting systems. These solid-state LED luminaires are controlled through an intuitive GUI that allows easy, flexible programming of illumination, SPDs, color temperature, chromaticity, and rendering of object colors. These luminaires have unparalleled flexibility for visual research.

Telelumen products are used in university research, consumer electronics laboratories, critical color applications and hospitals. They are used in test evaluation systems for human and camera visual response. They are used by circadian rhythm, human perception and health researchers. They are also used for testing adherence to visual assessment requirements and standards through light-booth evaluation systems. Telelumen is proud to support visual research at IMLEX and believes their products can make an impactful contribution to the research and education of the IMLEX programme.

Through lighting expertise, software ease of use, full programmability of light spectrum and playback of light capability, Telelumen has established a solid industry reputation for innovation, technology leadership, knowhow and customer service.
